The Northeast Ohio Sustainable Communities Consortium (NEOSCC) is requesting proposals from interested individuals or firms to provide regional planning services and project management, scenario planning, and fiscal impact analysis, as described in the following Request for Proposals (RFP).
Interested parties may submit questions pertaining to this RFP via email by 2:00 p.m. (EDT) on Thursday, October 4, 2012. Responses to submitted questions will be posted to the NEOSCC website by Wednesday, October 10, 2012.
Additionally, NEOSCC will conduct a non-mandatory pre-bid information session on Thursday, October 4, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. (EDT) at NEOSCC's offices at CitiCenter Building, 8th Floor; 146 South High Street; Akron, OH 44308. Applicants may attend in person or by webinar/conference call. To register, email Kelly Harris at email@example.com or call 330-375-2949 by noon on Wednesday, October 3, 2012. An email with the webinar/conference call access information will be sent to all who have registered.
Participation in the pre-bid meeting, either online or in person is not mandatory, but is offered as a way to best understand the scope of work to be accomplished for the project. NEOSCC strongly encourages those interested in this project to participate. The presentation, questions, and responses noted during the pre-bid discussion will be posted to the NEOSCC website by Wednesday, October 10, 2012.
If your firm is qualified and experienced in performing the described services, NEOSCC would appreciate your proposal as indicated in the RFP. The deadline for receipt of submissions in response to the RFP is Monday, October 22, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. (EDT)
